At Sixthenow, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personalized or custom products
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
